Excellent. It was very helpful to go through the family groups. Case histories were particularlygood to discuss as putting the knowledge into clinical reasoning of blood results etc. Graham was very easy to
understand – explained thing using very simple analogies – would recommend
"I am massively grateful to Graham who is very gifted at explaining complex physiology very simply but without over simplifying because we also need to know what we don’t know, if that makes sense. It is recognising where my responsibility lies for having enough knowledge and skills to know what to ask for and what to do with the information then recognising red flags and ensuring appropriate medical assessment and intervention. I think that Graham facilitates this very well. I also think the course is good value for money."
It was really useful to apply my previous knowledge to case
studies and practice the ‘detective’ work. I felt that several ‘pennies’ dropped around interactions and the process of
elimination when considering the systems potentially relating to an abnormal result.
I certainly feel much more confident regarding blood testing and analysis as they relate to my role
